If you want to change any details of your reservation or make a cancellation, you must contact our Customer Service Centre on (07) 4041 7290.
Cancellations or Changes: Please check our Secure Reservation page for our various cancellation policies. Canellation, modification policies vary depending on Room offer selected.
FOR NO SHOWS - If you fail to cancel a booking and do not check-in to the property in accordance with the reservation made, you will be charged for the full amount of the reservation, this also includes any group bookings in excess of 3 rooms per day.
For Larger Group Bookings in excess of 3 Rooms per day - No Refunds are available if any changes or cancellations are made within 7 days of the check in date. Any group booking changes or cancellations must be personally discussed with the property's General Manager.
Credit Card Surcharge - An Additional 1.5% Sucharge applies to All Visa and Mastercard Credit Card Transactions.
American Express will incur an additional 3% Surcharge in addition to all accommodation charges.
UPON CHECK IN AT THE PROPERTY PHOTOGRAPHIC IDENTIFICATION WILL BE REQUIRED
CHECK IN PROCEDURES AND LATE ARRIVALS
Reception is open daily from 7.00am - 9.00pm. Guests arriving outside of these hours need to arrange a late Check In directly with staff on the day you are due to arrive at the property.

Check Out is to occur by 10am daily unless otherwise arranged with management.
